Terms of service

Thank you for choosing Ardell Design for your virtual interior design service. We are honored to help elevate your space and appreciate the opportunity to work together. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline the expectations, policies, and rights that govern our working relationship. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Design Process & Communication

To provide tailored, high-quality results, we rely on timely and accurate communication. After you complete the scheduling form, Ardell Design will email you with an invoice. Once payment is received, we will coordinate a time for your initial video conference. We ask that you respond to any requests for space photos, inspiration images, or other project materials within four (4) weeks of receiving them. If no materials or communication are received within that period, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Payments, Scheduling & Refund Policy

All services are confirmed only after the invoice has been paid in full. Design calls and rendering work will begin only after full payment has been received. All payments are final and non-refundable. Ardell Design does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of response. If you miss your scheduled call without notice or fail to submit required materials within four (4) weeks, your project will be considered forfeited.

If you need to reschedule your design call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email. We are happy to accommodate one rescheduling request per project, pending availability. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you miss your scheduled call without notice, the appointment will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We are committed to a collaborative, high-quality experience and are happy to work with you to refine your design during the rendering phase. Final deliverables will include high-definition photorealistic renderings and a curated, shoppable product list, delivered digitally. Each design includes revisions, if needed. Additional revisions or changes in scope (e.g., switching rooms, design styles, or layout concepts after the initial direction is approved) may incur additional charges.

3. Respectful Collaboration

We believe successful design stems from mutual respect. Ardell Design reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or unwilling to adhere to the design process.

4. Use of Designs for Marketing

Ardell Design may use images of your space (before and after) for marketing purposes, including on our website, portfolio, and social media. Your name, contact details, or identifying information will never be shared. If you prefer not to have your project shared publicly, you may opt out by notifying us during your initial design call. We respect your privacy and will honor all such requests.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect evolving business practices or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Ardell Design provides virtual interior design services for conceptual and aesthetic purposes only. While we aim for realism in our renderings, our services do not include engineering, architecture, or construction documentation. Clients are responsible for verifying dimensions, functionality, and safety of any final design elements before implementation. Ardell Design is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our designs.
